The planning is underway for the Strathcona Gardens Revitalization Project.
Chief Administrative Officer Dave Leitch says the recommendations are that the SRD staff move forward with phase two, which includes a feasibility study.
Leitch says there are many things included in the study.
Leitch says the public consultations processes are being developed at the moment and will be released as the months go on.
