Plans move forward for a local mountain bike skills facility

Local mountain biking enthusiasts behind a plan to set up a bike skills park have found the site they hope it can be built on.

Wendy Ravai says they have selected a city owned property at 1100 Dogwood.

 

She explains what the next steps are.

This society would need to create an agreement with the city to be able to use the property. Ravai says they are probably going to need to fundraise about $400,000 to build the facility.
