Some locals are forgetting about the campfire ban

A reminder from the Campbell River fire department, the camp fire ban is still in effect.

Deputy Fire Chief Thomas Doherty says the Coastal Fire Center do look at the weather everyday to see if it is safe to lift the ban but so far conditions have not changed enough to be able to lift the ban.
