STORM TAKE GAME TWO

The one thing you can bank on is that in the playoffs the Campbell River Storm and the Victoria Cougars will keep their fans on the edge of their seats.

Just like in game one, last night’s battle at the Brindy went to extra time. The Storm’s Michal Holub scored at 4:12 to give his team a 4-3 victory.

The VIJHL Championship series is now tied at 1.

Storm Associate Coach, Mike Wilson, felt his team worked hard and earned the win.

Alex Brewer, Josh Coblenz, and Reece Costain pocketed the other Campbell River goals.

Holub was named first star and Wilson felt his big forward played well.

Game three switches back to the Archie Browning Arena in Esquimalt on Thursday.
