It’s National Tourism week.
And kicking off the week, and season, city staff will be working at the Visitor Information Centre to welcome tourists to Campbell River.
Mayor Andy Adams the visitors’ center has been packed already this year, and councilors will be taking shifts to work along staff.
Adams says the city is having a banner tourism season already.
