Two cougars that have been hanging around in the area of Nelson Rd. and Goodwin Rd. have been shot by Conservation Officers.
Officer Steve Petrovic says Wednesday night he got call reporting two cougars hunting domestic cats in the area.
He says Thursday morning the other cougar returned to the same neighborhood, officers responded and young female cougar was also destroyed.
Petrovic says these cougars were way too comfortable hunting in a residential area and that they were not relocation candidates
