‘Watching the current government making many decision that are detrimental to our area,’ says Rachel Blaney is one of the reasons she is seeking nomination for the federal NDP in the North Island-Powell River riding.
But, Blaney says this needs to be a priority in a way that is healthy for our area.
Blaney also wants to see more support for the vibrant First Nations communities in our area, with special regard to the missing first nations women.
