On September 29, 2014 the three suspects, arrested last Sunday after shots were fired in a Campbell River home, were all released from custody after Justice of the Peace Hearings. All three were released conditions to ensure public safety.
A 19 year old Campbell River male, a 19 year old Comox female and a 16 year old Campbell River male have been charged with;
Careless Use of a Firearm, contrary to Section 86(1) of the Criminal Code and
Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm, contrary to Section 91 of the Criminal Code.
