The search continues for the two missing boaters in Campbell River. Searchers have located the sunken vessel and marked it. An ROV (remotely operated underwater vehicle) was deployed but had limited success due to high winds and currents and was only able to confirm the vessel location.
The search efforts continue today with another deployment of the ROV and possible dive by the RCMP Underwater Recovery Team, with tides and weather permitting.
