Storm’s mighty offense goes quiet in first Cyclone Taylor Cup game

RICHMOND, B.C.-The Campbell River Storm opened the Cyclone Taylor Cup with a stumble.

They fell to the host Richmond Sockeyes last night in their first game of the round robin 4-1. The Sockeyes outshot the Storm 38-18.

They’ll look to get back on track tonight against the Delta Ice Hawks. The Ice Hawks won their opening match, shutting out the Kimberley Dynamiters 3-0.
