Four people taken to hospital after crash North of Sayward

Four people are being taken to hospital after a serious two vehicle crash on Highway 19A North of Sayward.
A BC Emergency Health Services spokesperson says one person is being transported to Campbell River Hospital via helicopter in critical condition and three others are being taken to Campbell River Hospital via ground ambulance in serious condition.
Highway 19 remains closed in both directions 13 kilometers North of the junction with Sayward Rd. and Drive BC expects it will be reopened at 5 p.m.
