CAMPBELL RIVER, B.C. – The story of the missing tent trailer in Campbell River has a happy ending.
According to RCMP, the 2006 Palomino Pony tent trailer was stolen between Oct. 1 and 2 from the 1600 block of the Island Highway.
The trailer’s owner Dave Novak said it was discovered sometime Wednesday about a half a block from his home.
“It showed up back at our house on a tow truck at about five o’clock (in the late afternoon),” Novak said.
“Bottom line is, it’s back, we’re happy, no damage, all the locks are still on it,” Novak said. “We’re really quite happy.”
