Accounting firm broken into, First Nations art stolen

CAMPBELL RIVER, B.C. – Chartered accounting firm Chan Nowosad Boates was broken into late on January 14th.

According to Campbell River RCMP spokesperson Cpl. Ron Vlooswyk, the incident occurred at 11:30 p.m.

“People were inside the building. They were working late when the front glass door was broken and the suspects took off with the art,” Vlooswyk said.

He added that they are currently investigating the case, and are following up on it.
