MERVILLE, B.C. – The Merville General Store is available for lease.
According to a Royal Lepage online listing, the store is a “staple in this community,” and “has been serving the Island Highway since the 1920s.”
The listing said the property has 2,244 square feet of “revenue-producing reliability,” and has “fantastic long term tenants who run a grocery store, gas bar, post office, adorable cafe/restaurant, and a liquor outlet.”
There is a separate building which is 640 square feet and currently leased as a veterinary clinic, according to the listing.
“A large parking lot with… two entrances for accessibility are also key with traffic exposure,” the listing said.
It’s noted that this is a “share sale.”
The price is $350,000 for buying the existing leases.
We reached out to the store owner, who declined to comment at this time.
