Members of an Island community have banded together to help a Comox Valley resident!
Comox Valley Co-op employees have come together and worked with the community to raise funds for another employee.
We caught up with operations manager Leslie Chasse to find out exactly what they did.
She mentions some of the ways money was raised.
She says in total, to date they’ve raised almost $2,000. She adds that they’re always planning different events to assist anyone in the Valley who could use some help.
