Campbell River RCMP continue investigation into 7-11 robbery

A robbery suspect is still on the loose.

Nearly two years later, the Campbell River RCMP is continuing investigations into a June 19th, 2018 armed robbery.

A man robbed the 7-11 store on Dogwood St. around 3:00am.

After responding to the scene, police were informed by the store employee an unknown man entered the store carrying a wood dowel and a knife.

He threatened the employee and smashed the glass countertop before running away with a small amount of cash.

The items related to the offence were later seized for forensic investigation.

Standing at around six feet tall, the suspect had a slender/skinny build. 

He was wearing black track pants, a green jacket with a hood and a blue item wrapped around his face.
