The Ministry of Environment is saying the trials continue to be closed Wednesday as the bear has not been caught yet. A trap is in place at this time.
Conservation Officer Gord Gudbranson says apparently Tuesday morning a bear charged after an adult male jogger, he was able to run away and call 9-1-1. The encounter happened between Rail Trail and Dogwood St.
