The 2020 Guest Satisfaction Award winners have been announced and a local business has received top honours.
Choice Hotels Canada awarded Comfort Inn & Suites Campbell River with a Platinum Award.
It recognizes top performing Canadian hotels for their operational excellence and dedication to superior guest service.
“This award is a huge honour and we are thrilled to be recognized,” said general manager and owner Jonathan Shead. “It would not be possible without the hard work of our entire team and we look forward to continuing to raise the bar when it comes to our guests’ satisfaction.”
The hotel has collected a number of prestigious accolades over the past few years.
Not only is this its fourth Platinum Award, but it is a previous Canadian Hotel of the Year and International Hotel of the Year winner.
It also notched the top spot on TripAdvisor for hotels in town.
