The Ukrainian flag was raised in support of the country currently under siege from Russia.
The flag was raised Monday morning, with many in attendance to see the flag raised and be in support of the country.
City employees said the important part of the ceremony was to show Ukrainians the city and its residents stand with them during the difficult time.
