Multiple drugs including 27 grams of fentanyl seized at Campbellton residences

Cash, multiple drugs and weapons were seized and three were people arrested following a police search of two Campbellton residences.

According to Campbell River RCMP, police executed two search warrants at the end of February at a residence in the 1900-block of 15th Avenue and another in the 1700-block of Tamarac Street.

Cst. Maury Tyre says officers seized over $6,000 in cash, 27 grams of fentanyl, 15 grams of methamphetamine, 14 grams of cocaine, five grams of crack cocaine and 470 hydromorphone pills.

RCMP say they also seized smaller amounts of 12 different prescription medications, scales, packaging materials, replica firearms and other drug trafficking evidence.

Two 41-year-old men and a 43-year-old woman were arrested and later released with a court date set for May.
