Campbell River RCMP will have extra patrols out tonight to make sure everyone is having a good and happy New Year.
Sergeant Tory Beauregard says so far the holiday season has been pretty good in and around the Campbell River area.
Beauregard says it’s also good to be prepared if you’re planning on traveling.
Mounties also remind drivers that the holiday CounterAttack program is still in effect.
