Central 1 Credit Union forecasting growth the province

Central 1 Credit Union is forecasting the province will withstand the global economic turmoil, and grow.
Senior economist Bryan Yu says the low interest rates and the low Canadian dollar will provide some uplift in the housing market as well as our exports channels.

Yu says we’ve seen some growth in employment momentum heading into this year and that will promote the strong investing environment. The consumer spending will be higher, housing will be higher, and that will be the key driver.
