Help bring clean water to a village in South Sudan that doesn’t have access to this vital life resource!
Tara Gordon’s Grade 6/7 class recently read a true story called A Long Walk to Water, where they learned about a boy and his escape from war who set up a non-profit charity called Water for South Sudan. Immediately after reading the story the students asked if they could fundraise for this and they set a goal of $8,000 but are hoping to raise up to $15,000 which is the full cost of a well so the locals there can access clean drinking water. Humans helping other humans!
