Umbrella Adventures

Come walk with us every Wednesday! We are going on adventures in the parks and trails of beautiful Campbell River with the Umbrella Adventures Walking Program. We will choose a different path every week and immerse ourselves in nature. We will reap the benefits forest bathing which is good for both physical and mental wellbeing. It is proven to reduce stress hormone production as well as lower heart rate and blood pressure and boost the immune system. All participants will be provided with an Umbrella to borrow for the class – Umbrellas’ keep us 2 metres apart. Group will be split into 4 participants to 1 leader – thereby adhering to the 4 person sport based program allowance in the current PHO.
Register for your spot at Campbell River Recreation for a fee of $2 with the option to purchase one of our wonderful Umbrellas for $25.00 at time of registration.
