The event is hosted by the Campbell River and North Island Transition Society, which provides a continuum of services to women and their children, including emergency shelter, counseling, supportive recovery programs, transitional housing, and poverty relief.
The event is open to everyone and promises to be a fun-filled day for all participants. For $190.00, participants will enjoy a game of golf, a delicious meal, the opportunity to peruse the silent auction, and the chance to win in the 50/50 draw. The event also features some fun contests such as highest KP men/women’s, longest drive men/women’s, best dressed, highest and lowest scoring team, and an opportunity for a hole in one with Rollin’ Island Autos.
The charitable donation portion of your registration is $40.00, and if you would like a tax receipt, you can contact CRNITS at 250-287-7384. Overall, the event aims to raise much-needed funds to support the programs and services that are provided for free to women, children, and families in Campbell River and the North Island.
