LISTEN I MATTER ORANGE SHIRT DAY
RUN/WALK THE SPIT

Our goal is; to bring awareness to the impacts of Residential School; to honor Residential School Survivors and the children who did not return home; to encourage health and wellness in our communities through movement.
Listen I Matter Orange Shirt Day is a 5k or 10K RUN/WALK event
hosted by KDC Health.
Registrants will receive an orange t-shirt and light refreshments.
There will be stagger start times by having groups start every hour on the hour from 6:00am to 6:00pm.
