Education Minister not very interested in binding arbitration

The Education Minister, Peter Fassbender, did not outright reject binding arbitration, but says he needs to see details before he agrees to the request from the BC Teachers’ Federation.
He says he’s reluctant to take class size and composition off the table or do anything which may involve raising taxes.
Fassbender says he wants to see a negotiate a settlement.
