Campbell River R-C-M-P is investigating a rash of thefts from vehicles.
Constable Sara Clark says Mounties have received more than 50 complaints of thefts from vehicles.
Clark says that thefts from vehicles are crimes of opportunity and the best defence is to make sure car doors are kept locked.
