The BC Conservation Officer Service and Freshwater Fisheries Society of BC are making sure anglers obey all rules before heading out on the water.
Deputy Chief of the Conservation Service, Chris Doyle, says there are certain things anglers should check out before making a fishing trip.
Doyle notes that there are also “catch limits”, to make sure people aren’t catching fish they aren’t legally allowed to or keeping too many fish on-board.
