Hiker injured in Strathcona Park

Comox Valley Ground Search and Rescue responded to a scene at Strathcona Provincial Park.
A 42-year old woman fell between 20 to 30 metres off of a ridge onto the rocks at Augerpoint on Saturday.
The woman was walking with a partner, who signaled for help.
Ground Search and Rescue manager Paul Berry says the hikers were well prepared.
The woman was taken to hospital in Comox before being transported to Victoria.
