City crews were out overnight and this morning after heavy rains and high tides led to flooding in the downtown area.
Transportation Manager Drew Hadfield says it’s not uncommon to have flooding in that area.
Hadfield says it’s important drivers obey the barriers when roads are closed due to flooding.
