The results of the 2016 Citizen Satisfaction Survey have been released.
The city conducted the survey to gather some statistical data on how satisfied residents are with the services available through the city.
Deputy City Manager Ron Neufeld says the results showed improvements in all areas compared to the last survey done in 2013, especially when it comes to trails and the sewer and water systems.
Neufeld says the results of the survey will be used as the city enters its budget and strategic planning processes to inform where resources are focused.
