It’s Movember time!

The month of November is here, which means it’s also time for Movember.

The annual movement helps raise awareness for a mix of men’s health issues, like prostate cancer and mental health. Movember spokesperson Kevin Edwards says it’s not just an event for men as women can be involved, too.

Edwards says since 2003, Movember has been able to raise close to $800-million for men’s health causes. Edwards notes one issue they’re really focusing on is raising awareness on suicide prevention among men.
