Taking a look at BC’s budget

BC’s Committee on Finance and Government Services has released the results of its annual budget consultations.

Chair Scott Hamilton says they received a lot of valuable feedback from residents. He says they heard from residents from across as many areas of BC as they could cover.

He notes some of the hot topics included healthcare and adult basic education.

Hamilton says the next step is for the Finance Minister to take the report and feedback provided into consideration when working out next year’s Provincial budget.
