Campbell River City Council has passed its financial plan.
Council gave final adoption on the budget, which includes capital project planning and construction and a 2.5 per cent tax rate increase for residential tax payers.
Mayor Andy Adams says engaging residents was key to developing the financial plan.
Adams says infrastructure continues to be a priority for the city, including sewer, water and sidewalks.
