The RCMP have identified the woman who was caught on video repeatedly backing into the gates of Capital Power out on Orange Point Road over the weekend.
Corporal Poppy Hallam says the 18 year old Campbell River woman has been charged with mischief over 5 thousand dollars for ramming the gate.
Hallam says tips from the public helped them identify the woman and she turned herself in on Tuesday.
