City council has approved some upgrades for Cypress Street. The Street connects 11th Avenue with 13th Avenue and runs behind the downtown Fire Hall.
The improvements will include paving the gravel parking lot, landscaping, sidewalks, and lighting.
The work will happen this year and is based on a concept plan that was developed through the Refresh Downtown initiative.
The total cost of the improvements will be $115,000.
