Campbell River residents have a new spot to sit and gather outdoors.
A public parklet has been added at Stonehouse Teas on 11th Avenue. It’s part of the city’s Refresh Downtown program.
The city says it’s the most recent addition based on community feedback from last year. That feedback led to a series of easy-to-complete projects, events and beautification efforts in the city core.
The city says it’s also working with the Downtown Business Improvement Association to get more bistro chairs and tables set up along Shoppers Row.
