Campbell River has honoured this year’s 16th Annual City Stewardship Award winners.
The recipients of this year’s seven honours were announced Sunday at the Fall Festival at the Haig-Brown House.
They’re Emily Lohn who got the Tom Easton Memorial Bursary, Karen Baily for Air Quality/Alternative Transportation, Catherine Menard for Waste Reduction, Ann Hazlett for Pesticide Free/Urban Agriculture, Dave Hadden for Habitat Protection/Creation, Chuck DeSorcy for Environment Excellence, and Louise Guevremont for Youth Special Recognition.
