Campbell River residents have a new way to keep track of development. The city has launched an online map.
It lets people check out building and development applications. The map shows where a proposed project would go and gives a brief description of it. The city says it’ll be upgraded by the end of the year to include all the details of submitted applications.
Kevin Brooks, Campbell River’s acting development services manager, says it’s another way the city is trying to make information about these proposals easy to get. You can see the map for yourself at the City of Campbell River’s website.
