Province seeking public input on minimum wage increase

The provincial government wants to hear your thoughts on the minimum wage increase. It’s looking for input on the timing of wage increases that will eventually bring the rate to $15 an hour.

The Fair Wages Commission will be doing a series of in-person consultations, with the closest one to Campbell River being in Nanaimo on November 17th. You can, however, share your thoughts online by emailing [email protected]. Feedback has to be in by December 7th.
