An application for rezoning on three Penfield Road properties has been rejected.
The proposal would have allowed for a combination of building single-family homes, secondary suites, and secondary homes at 2405 Penfield.
Campbell River council denied the proposal a first and second reading and no public hearing will be held either. The city says the rejection was in response to significant concerns voiced by the people living in the area.
