Traffic around the new hospital in Campbell River is getting slowed down.
Council has approved two new four-way stops near the facility. They’re going in at Birch and Evergreen and Evergreen and Alder. The stops are expected to be installed today.
The curbs on either side of the hospice entrance are also being painted yellow.
The new stops were approved for immediate installation at last week’s council meeting. It’s being paid for out of the Roads Department budget.
