A 44-year-old Campbell River man has been charged with criminal harassment. The RCMP says this comes after a string of incidents on Monday and Tuesday.
Staff Sergeant Troy Beauregard says the man was allegedly going around the city harassing women and couples:
He was eventually arrested and appeared in court today. The RCMP is not releasing the man’s name but says he is new to the Campbell River area.
