It’s hockey with an international flair.
The Campbell River Atom A Tyees are playing host to a team from China. The Beijing Little Wolf Hockey Club is touring Vancouver Island and will be making a stop in the city.
The club is a Triple A Atom team. They’ll be facing the Tyees next Wednesday at the Rod Brind’Amour Arena and the Tyees are asking residents to come out and cheer them on. The puck drops that night at 7:00pm.
