CAMPBELL RIVER, B.C.- It seems the Campbell River Storm are picking up right where they left off in the VIJHL playoffs.
They blanked the Westshore Wolves last night 4-0 at the Rod Brind’Amour Arena in Game 1 of their second round series. The Storm put up two shutouts in the first round against Peninsula enroute to outscoring the Panthers 24-8 in that series.
The Storm and the Wolves have tonight off. Game 2 is at The Q Centre in Colwood tomorrow night at 7:00pm. The series returns to Campbell River on Friday with Game 3 set for 7:30pm that night.
