CAMPBELL RIVER, B.C- According to a resident who lives nearby, at least six marked RCMP cars were present on Solderholm Road earlier today.
Around 1:15 this afternoon, a man who said he lives three doors down from where the incident occured, noticed cop cars in front of his house.
When the neighbour asked the RCMP if he should be concerned, officers told him to stay inside with his doors locked until further notice.
Campbell River RCMP confirmed that they were at the scene.
According to the man, said the police arrested two men, who looked to be in their late 30’s or early 40’s.
The resident said police also towed a vehicle away.
Police would not confirm the reason they were there, except to say that it was not a home invasion.
