CAMPBELL RIVER, B.C- One man was left dead after an accident on Highway 19 near Brown’s Bay.
Emergency crews were called to the scene around 4:30 p.m yesterday afternoon, after a car traveling north crossed the center line and collided with a pickup truck.
The driver of the car, a man in his 30s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to multiple media sources, the truck driver was taken to hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
The RCMP could not be reached for comment at this time.
