CAMPBELL RIVER B.C- A fire on the Duncan Bay Main Road is being held.
According to Coastal Fire Service, progress on the fire has been “swift and good”, local crews are still on scene.
The fire, which was reported at 2:00 pm yesterday, was burning underneath a power line, and is currently .50 hectares in size.
The fire service was optimistic that the burn will be under control later today.
As of this publication, Coastal did not know the cause of the fire.
