Outage near Campbell River affects over 900 customers

CAMPBELL RIVER, B.C. – There is a power outage affecting approximately 964 customers in Cortes Bay on Cortes Island.

The cause of the outage is not yet known. B.C. Hydro estimates crews will be able to investigate further by 10:30 a.m., and will be able to give updates by then.
